Driving License:

Valid UAE Driving License Required

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

with proven experience in the

UAE market

, specifically in

building maintenance sales

. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections and the ability to drive revenue by identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including property managers, facility management firms, and corporate offices. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. Conduct client meetings, deliver sales presentations, and lead contract negotiations. Prepare and submit professional business proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Contribute to the development and execution of strategies for business growth and market expansion.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the UAE. At least 2 years of proven sales experience in the building maintenance industry. Valid UAE driving license is

mandatory

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
