Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Promote and sell residential/commercial properties to potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and developers
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal documentation
Conduct site visits and property showings
Negotiate contracts and close property deals efficiently
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Proven
experience in real estate sales
(minimum 1-2 years)
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Good knowledge of the
Dubai property market
UAE driving license is a plus
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a bonus)
Presentable, confident, and client-focused attitude
