We are a leading Scaffolding Contracting company based in Dubai-UAE now looking for a Sales Executive with specialized sales experience in Scaffolding contracting & Construction Industry in UAE
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales of scaffolding systems across Dubai and the UAE.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and convert leads into long-term clients.
Maintain accurate sales records and performance reports.
Conduct regular market analysis to forecast trends and adjust strategies.
Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and market positioning.
Build and nurture relationships with contractors, construction firms, and site representatives.
Attend site meetings and liaise with customer teams to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.
Gather customer insights to support product development and service enhancements.
Promoting company products by presenting company capabilities and solutions to clients
Understanding the customer engineering inquiry to cooperate with the technical team for the solution.
Providing all relevant project information to other departments as soon as available.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the construction sector, specifically scaffolding systems.
Strong understanding of UAE and GCC construction markets.
Clear, simple, and customer-centric communication style.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with CRM platforms.
Valid UAE driving license.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for growth and client success.
Field-based role with regular site visit
