Sales Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our Facilities Management team, responsible for selling both hard services and soft services
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare and present tailored proposals and bids for FM contracts.
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience in Facilities Management or related industry.
Strong understanding of hard and soft FM services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
