Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
Enquiry follow-up (Emails and Calls).
Schedule face-to-face meetings with customers on daily basis.
Submit daily sales visit report to internal support team.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
Achieve sales target as decided by company.
Deliver product knowledge and educate customers on eco-friendly aspects.
Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer's specific needs.
Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand.
Assist Accounts team in collecting payment from own customers.
Train customers on product application.
Visit customers regularly and ensure all their needs/requirements are met.
