Key Responsibilities

Actively engage and convert leads for company formation and business setup in UAE (Mainland & Free Zones). Provide clients with accurate guidance on UAE licensing, visa, PRO services, and documentation. Manage full sales cycle -- from prospecting to closing -- and maintain long-term client relationships. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a focus on high closing rates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, walk-ins, and referrals. Coordinate with internal departments and external government bodies to ensure smooth execution. Stay up to date on legal, compliance, and market changes affecting UAE business setup. Prepare proposals, assist the CEO with client coordination, and support ongoing client communications. Use CRM and MS Office tools to manage client records and follow-up schedules efficiently.

Qualifications

2+ years in high-pressure sales (e.g., credit card sales, real estate, telecom, etc.)OR2 years experience in business setup / PRO services in UAE (Mainland or Free Zone). Bachelor's Degree (minimum). Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, CRM). English fluency (spoken and written).
