We're committed to connecting customers with their favorite restaurants, offering a seamless and innovative delivery service. As we expand across the region, we are looking for dynamic and experienced Sales Executives to join our passionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurant partners to the YAY App platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with partners.
Act as a point of contact for restaurant partners to resolve any operational or service issues.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve visibility and performance of partner restaurants.
Provide feedback to product and strategy teams based on merchant needs and market dynamics.
Requirements:
Proven Sales Experience
in food delivery platforms such as
Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem NOW, Zomato, or Noon Food
.
Strong knowledge of the local food delivery ecosystem and competitive landscape.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license is advantage and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Existing relationships with restaurants and F&B brands in the region.
Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
