Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging

Sales Executive

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in trading platforms or gold investment, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for helping clients make smart investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and represent our gold investment platform to potential and existing clients. Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. Educate clients on product features and the benefits of investing in gold. Provide responsive support via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Achieve individual sales targets and support the team's overall KPIs. Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through platform features.

Requirements:

Female candidates only (client base includes a large female demographic segment). Minimum 1 year of experience in trading platforms, gold investment, or financial services. Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English (Arabic is essential for this role). Strong sales and negotiation skills. Professional appearance and confident communication style. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
