We are seeking a driven

Tadbeer Sales Executive

with hands-on experience in domestic worker visa processing. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them understand government-approved Tadbeer packages, matching them with the right candidates, and ensuring smooth processing. This is a

target-based sales role

with high commissions and great growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell

MOHRE-approved Tadbeer packages

for housemaid and nanny visa services Attend to

customer walk-ins, calls, and online leads

with professionalism and urgency Explain visa packages, service benefits, and UAE labor regulations in a simple and convincing manner Match clients with suitable candidates and schedule interviews Collect and verify documentation required for visa applications Coordinate with internal operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service Maintain records of all client interactions through CRM Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience

in Tadbeer services or visa processing (required) Fluency in

Hindi

and

English

(Arabic or other languages is a plus) Strong understanding of UAE domestic worker regulations Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to close deals Self-motivated, confident, and organized under pressure
