Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive for our Tadbeer center in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented self-starter with a proven "make it happen" attitude and strong communication skills. You must have a deep understanding of UAE labor laws related to domestic workers and Tadbeer services. Your primary responsibility is to generate and close new client leads for maid, nanny, and domestic worker services.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source and close sales for Tadbeer domestic worker and nanny services Advise clients on UAE labor laws and Tadbeer requirements Build strong relationships with clients and follow up on leads Meet and exceed sales targets, maximizing commission opportunities Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent client experience

Requirements:

At least 2 years' sales experience in the UAE (preferably Tadbeer, PRO, or recruitment) Good knowledge of UAE labor law and Tadbeer processes Excellent negotiation and communication skills "Make it happen" personality--proactive, persuasive, and target-driven Ability to work independently and achieve results Good Command of English Language
