Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in lighting or related industries, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, designers, architects, and end-users. Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service. Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals. Coordinate with the design and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the lighting, interior design, or construction industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team. UAE driving license and willingness to travel to client sites when required.
