Job Description

Service Package Sales: Promoting and selling service packages, such as oil changes, inspections, and routine maintenance, to vehicle owners.

Maintenance and Repair Services: Offering advice on vehicle maintenance and repair services and explaining the benefits of having their vehicles serviced at the garage.

Upselling: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers, such as wheel alignments, balancing, or detailing services.

Quoting Prices: Providing customers with accurate price quotes for products and services, ensuring transparency and clear communication.

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the garage's services.

Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the latest automotive products, technologies, and trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels.

Promotions and Marketing: Assisting in marketing and promotional activities, such as running special offers, discounts, or loyalty programs to attract and retain customers.

Training: Keeping the sales team updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

Sales Reporting: Providing regular sales reports to management, outlining sales performance, trends, and customer feedback.

Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by the garage management.

Sales executives in a vehicle garage should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of automotive products and services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also be customer-focused and have a passion for delivering excellent service to help build trust and loyalty among the garage's customer base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
