We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in logistics, shipping, and containerized cargo. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in ISO tank operations and/or dry container sales, along with a solid network within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow the company's ISO tank and dry container sales portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, agents, and partners.
Prepare and deliver competitive quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Coordinate with operations, customer service, and management to ensure smooth cargo movements.
Stay updated with market trends, freight rates, and competitors' activities.
Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or container operations.
Strong knowledge of ISO tank and/or dry container transport is essential.
Established network of contacts in relevant markets (chemicals, bulk liquids, general cargo, etc.).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
