Requirements:

- Proven experience in high-value sales (e.g., real estate, financial services, or immigration consultancy).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and competitive mindset.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
