Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans specific to the carton paper packaging industry to meet revenue and growth objectives. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new prospects within the packaging industry, including manufacturers, warehouses, and retail companies. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging needs, and competitor activities. Present and promote the company's carton paper packaging solutions, emphasizing features such as sustainability, durability, and customization options. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability. Coordinate with the production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analysis for senior management. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and expand market presence.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in the paper packaging or related manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of carton paper packaging products, materials, and manufacturing processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic accounts. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
