sectors. This role involves developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through outdoor visits and site visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, interior designers, and procurement teams.
Present and promote products and services related to building materials, kitchen solutions, and interior fit-out.
Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, technical, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE, preferably in
Tile/Porcelain slabs
,
interior fit-out
, or
kitchen equipment
.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong network of contacts within the construction and interior sectors in Dubai.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must possess a valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
Fluent in English.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
