Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries for adhesive tapes, including Aluminum Tapes, BOPP Tapes, Masking Tapes, Stretch Films, and Duct Tapes.

Develop and maintain a client database, and create a sales plan to approach and engage potential clients.

Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.

Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms and conditions to secure orders.

Actively follow up with leads and prospects, and track sales activities in a CRM system.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales and promotional materials.

Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

Maintain a good understanding of market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.

Prepare periodic sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the adhesive tape industry or a related field.

Strong knowledge of adhesive tapes, including Aluminum Tapes, BOPP Tapes, Masking Tapes, Stretch Films, and Duct Tapes.

A valid Dubai driving license and willingness to travel across the UAE for client visits.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a driven individual.

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

A high degree of professionalism and integrity.

A proactive and organized approach to sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
