We curate a full schedule of extra-curricular activities and tailor-made enrichment programs and as experts in school sports management and facility rentals, we coordinate with other key providers across venues in the Emirates.

Job Overview



To help improve business sales through contacting leads generated , working as part of the Schools Sports Management to create as many sporting opportunities within schools, partnering with some of the leading sports providers in the Middle-East.

Roles & Responsibilities



1.

Continuously review, streamline, and enhance the sales process to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.


The Sales Executive will be responsible for regularly assessing all stages of the sales pipeline, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize conversion rates. This includes refining sales scripts, updating client communication methods, and adopting new tools and techniques that help close deals faster and more effectively.

Establish, develop, and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing clients to support long-term business growth.


Building and nurturing relationships is at the core of this role. The Sales Executive must foster trust and rapport with clients by providing excellent service, timely follow-ups, and proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers through phone calls and other communication channels to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.


This position requires consistent outbound engagement with prospective clients through cold calling, warm leads, email outreach, and follow-ups. The aim is to build a steady pipeline of new business opportunities and convert prospects into loyal customers.

Consistently achieve agreed-upon sales targets and deliver expected outcomes within defined timeframes.


The Sales Executive is expected to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals as agreed with the management. This includes planning daily activities, managing time effectively, and utilizing resources to ensure all sales objectives are met on schedule.

5.

Analyse market trends and potential to identify new business opportunities, and prepare regular sales performance and status reports.


Regular market research and competitor analysis are key to staying ahead. The Sales Executive will monitor trends, customer demands, and industry movements, sharing insights and actionable reports with management to inform strategic decisions.

6.

Monitor and understand customer needs, concerns, and interests, identifying opportunities to introduce new products or services that add value.


Understanding client feedback and anticipating customer requirements are vital to success in this role. The Sales Executive should capture and relay customer insights that can lead to upselling, cross-selling, or developing new offerings that meet market demands.

7.

Oversee the preparation and submission of all required sales and performance reports accurately and on time.


The role involves maintaining detailed records of sales activities, tracking KPIs, and generating timely reports for management. Accurate reporting ensures transparency, supports performance reviews, and helps drive continuous improvement.

8.

Stay updated with industry best practices and promotional trends, and proactively seek feedback to drive continuous improvement.


The Sales Executive must remain informed about the latest trends, tools, and tactics in the industry to stay competitive. Actively seeking and applying feedback helps refine approaches and contributes to personal and team development.

9.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities relevant to the role, as assigned by management.


Flexibility is essential. The Sales Executive should be willing to take on additional tasks that support the team's success and the company's objectives, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to all responsibilities.

10.

Reporting:

The Customer Relation Executive isresponsible to report to the line manager.

Desired experience:



o Proven experience in a sales-related field with administration and customer service responsibilities.

o Background in the sports and leisure industry.

Job-specific knowledge & skills:



o High Level IT skills including using a CRM system

o Customer service and relationship management skills

o An interest in sports with a general understanding of the industry in the UAE

o Upselling and cross-selling skills

o Experience working towards and achieving sales targets

o Excellent communication skills and phone manner

o Problem solving & adaptability

o Willingness to learn

o Time management

Working hours:



48 Hours across 6 days per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
