We are currently expanding our team and looking for

highly motivated, commission-based Sales Executives

to generate leads and close deals across our full service portfolio.

Position Summary :

As a

Sales Executive

, you will be responsible for promoting Wayn Pro's complete range of maintenance and renovation services to new clients. This role is

commission-only

with

no fixed salary

, ideal for individuals who thrive on performance-based earnings and have the drive to build a strong client base.

KPI'S ( Key Performance Indicators )

Actively generate leads and close new business for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, renovation, and related services. Pitch

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)

and one-off jobs to both residential and commercial property owners. Conduct site visits, understand client needs, and prepare professional quotations and service proposals. Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction from initial contact through job completion. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline status updates. Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate agencies, facility managers, property developers, and homeowners.

Requirements :

Proven experience in

sales

, preferably within

maintenance, construction, or real estate sectors

. Strong understanding of property maintenance needs and renovation workflows. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented. Familiarity with Dubai's real estate and property management market. UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation :

Commission-Only

Role - No basic salary. Attractive,

performance-based commission structure
