We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our yacht charter team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing strong partnerships with hotel concierges, travel agencies, and yacht brokers to drive charter bookings and enhance brand visibility. This is a client-facing, on-the-ground sales role that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with hotel concierges, travel agents, destination management companies (DMCs), and yacht brokers across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Promote the company's luxury yacht charter services, experiences, and packages to prospective partners.
Conduct regular field visits to hotels and agencies to present offerings and secure referrals or direct bookings.
Organize yacht tours and familiarization visits for key partners as needed.
Identify new business opportunities and assist in forming strategic partnerships.
Stay updated on yacht availability, services, and special offers in coordination with the management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Prepare regular reports on sales activity, leads, and partner feedback.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience, ideally in hospitality, tourism, or luxury services.
Strong network or demonstrated ability to build partnerships with hotels and agencies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confident, self-motivated, and highly organized.
Familiarity with Dubai's and Abu Dhabi's tourism and luxury market is a strong advantage.
