, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales for our interior design services. You will work closely with our design team to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design sector
Meet with prospective clients to understand their design needs and budget
Prepare and present proposals and quotations
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or related fields
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Excellent presentation and client handling skills
Ability to understand and explain design concepts and technical details
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
