We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive to generate new business and manage client relationships across the UAE. The candidate should be skilled in Field-sales, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets, preferably with experience in fit-out industry, construction materials, or real estate.
Sales person will get a nice commission on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Visit construction sites, consultants, and contractors to promote products/services.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to clients.
Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure proper after-sales support.
Maintain up-to-date records of sales, client interactions, and market activity.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, invoicing, and customer support.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or site meetings when required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or real estate sectors in the UAE.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
UAE market knowledge and existing client network is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
