Role Overview



As an

Outdoor Sales Executive

you will be the face of Innovative Home on construction sites, in design studios, and at client premises. Your mission is to generate qualified leads, nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and end-users, and close sales that meet monthly revenue targets. You will leverage your industry network, technical understanding of bespoke joinery, and consultative selling skills to position Innovative Home as the partner of choice for luxury fit-out and smart-living projects.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation Prospect daily within assigned territory to identify new projects (villas, apartments, offices).

Monitor tender portals, construction updates, and designer social feeds for opportunities.

Client Engagement Conduct on-site measurements and needs assessments.

Present product samples, 3D renders, and VR walkthroughs.

Deliver persuasive pitches highlighting quality, factory control, and smart-home integration.



Quotation & Negotiation Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare BOQs and value-engineered options.

Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules within approved margins

.

Account Management Maintain regular touchpoints with clients through project handover.

Upsell maintenance packages and smart-home upgrades.

Reporting & Forecasting Update the CRM daily with leads, activities, and probability ratings.

Achieve monthly pipeline coverage of ? 3 x target.

Market Intelligence Track competitor pricing, new materials, and design trends; relay insights to marketing and R&D.



Minimum Requirements



Experience:

3+ years of outdoor/B2B sales in joinery, fit-out, furniture, building materials, or related industry.

Licence & Mobility:

Valid UAE light-vehicle driving licence

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Technical Acumen:

Ability to read shop drawings and explain joinery construction basics.

Language:

Fluent English

Results Orientation:

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.

Preferred Extras



Existing network of interior designers, architects, and contractors in Dubai & Northern Emirates. Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). Knowledge of smart-home/IoT solutions and how they integrate with joinery.
