Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated
Sales Executives
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the willingness to engage in outdoor client visits. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience are preferred, but freshers with the right mindset are also encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals. Present and promote company products/services to clients. Conduct outdoor sales activities to generate leads and close deals. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve sales targets and report performance regularly. Provide feedback on customer needs, issues, and market trends. Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups and support.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred; freshers with strong interest in outdoor sales will be considered. Willingness to travel for field sales on a daily basis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-driven. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Bachelor's degree is a plus.
