Sales & Revenue Generation
Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Market Research & Lead Generation
Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress.
Documentation & Reporting
Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution and promotional efforts.
Requirements:
1-2 years of proven sales experience
, preferably in document clearance, PRO services, or a related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of local business setup, visa processing, and government procedures is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
