Job Description
We are seeking experienced Sales Executives (Telesales) with a proven track record in tele-sales. The role primarily focuses on convincing and onboarding clients, promoting new offers, providing clear process explanations, and offering continuous support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage potential clients, understand their needs, and provide comprehensive information . Effectively communicate and pitch new offers, promotions, and packages to potential clients.
Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally. Maintain Records: Document all client interactions, feedback, and sales data in the CRM system.
Fluency in Telegu, & Kannada is a plus. Proficiency in Hindi is a must. (Required). Location: Dubai (Required).
