Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing contracts for select services. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing products and the ability to pitch these services to potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. Utilize knowledge of digital marketing products and services to create compelling pitches and presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a digital marketing agency or similar industry. Deep understanding of digital marketing products and services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and more. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively pitch services to clients. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Package:

Salary AED 3,000/month 30% commission (one time) from each new client. 10% ongoing commission (monthly) from each client onboarded. Hybrid work model. Opportunities for professional growth and development. A collaborative and supportive work environment.
