About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing transport service deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the UAE transport sector and a deep understanding of logistics solutions and customer requirements across multiple industries such as hospitality, education, construction, and oil & gas.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads and develop a strong pipeline of prospects in the UAE transport sector.

Identify and approach potential clients in sectors like hotels, schools/universities, construction, and oil companies etc.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing strategies.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their transportation requirements and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on transport industry trends, pricing structures, and competitor activity.

Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

2-5 years of proven sales experience in a transportation company within the UAE.

Strong understanding of the UAE transport industry, pricing models, and regulatory environment.

Proven ability to build client relationships and close sales deals in a fast-paced, competitive market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A valid UAE driving license is a must.
