Processing sales, handling payments, and issuing receipts.Product Knowledge:
Demonstrating a strong understanding of products and services to effectively assist customers.Inventory Management:
Monitoring stock levels, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized sales counter.Customer Service:
Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Relationship Building:
Building rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.Sales Targets:
Working towards achieving individual and team sales targets.Collaboration:
Working with other team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve overall sales goals.Process Improvement:
