ob Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit cards to potential customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, explaining card benefits, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong persuasion skills, customer service orientation, and knowledge of financial products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers (individuals/businesses) to sell credit cards.
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through direct sales, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Product Knowledge: Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, rewards, and eligibility criteria clearly.
  • Documentation: Assist customers in filling out application forms and ensure all KYC (Know Your Customer) documents are submitted correctly.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with customers for retention and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on competitors' credit card offerings and market trends.
  • Compliance: Follow bank/financial institution policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
  • Field Work: Travel to assigned locations (banks, malls, corporate offices, etc.) to promote credit cards.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Minimum HSC/12th pass (Bachelor's degree in Finance/Marketing/Business preferred).
  • Experience: 1+ years in sales (preferably in banking, financial services, or credit card sales).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for convincing customers.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of mobile apps, CRM tools, and digital sales processes.
  • Self-Motivated: Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in field sales, including weekends if required.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
  • Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or fintech sales.
  • Knowledge of credit score systems and loan products.
  • Multilingual (helpful for regional customer interactions).
