Identify and develop new wholesale clients including distributors, retail chains, and regional resellers.
Manage existing B2B accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Present and promote the product range to prospective clients using solid negotiation and closing skills.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and pricing strategies tailored to the wholesale market.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and after-sales service.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and inventory levels using CRM tools.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in any related filed
Fresher or 1 year experience as sales Executive
Proven experience in
wholesale or B2B sales
, preferably in the perfume, sectors.
Strong understanding of pricing strategies, margin management, and bulk sales operations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
Familiarity with regional and international wholesale markets (if applicable).
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
