As a

Sales Executive

, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts for our Christmas decoration and interior design services. You will focus on both B2B and B2C sales, identify potential clients, establish and nurture relationships, and ensure the successful completion of projects. Your role will also involve actively tracking sales performance, handling customer inquiries, and managing the financial aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Account Management:



Sales Team



Develop a framework for the sales team. Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the sales team.

Sales (B2B & B2C):

Conduct market research to identify potential B2B and B2C clients, analysing trends and customer needs for new business opportunities. Conduct Market research to explore the events industry for new business opportunities. Establish a comprehensive client database and set annual targets for each client, tracking sales projections and pipeline progress. Manage each client account by handling visits, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with products and services. Negotiate contracts and sales packages tailored to client needs, ensuring profitable and long-term business relationships. Track, analyse, and report monthly sales statistics based on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insight on sales progress and areas for improvement.

Key Account Management:

Act as the main point of contact (POC) for each client, maintaining strong, professional relationships. Conduct meetings with clients, both virtually and in-person, to understand their needs, demonstrate products, and present tailored solutions. Lead the efforts in establishing new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activity, contracts, and communications with clients. Review sales performance regularly to meet monthly or annual targets, ensuring that goals are consistently achieved.

Client/Project Reporting:

Collaborate with the Operations and Installation Managers to collect financial reports for each project, ensuring that financial completion is in line with expectations. Report the financial completion of each project to the Finance Manager, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all project-related finances.

Trade Exhibitions, Conferences, and Meetings:

Attend relevant industry trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to stay updated on market trends and network with potential clients. Represent the company professionally and engage with clients to drive awareness of services and generate leads.

Minimum Requirements:



A

University Graduate

(degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred). Solid

knowledge of account management and development

, with experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments. Able to work efficiently in a

fast-paced environment

, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent

organizational, planning, and analytical skills

to manage accounts and sales targets effectively.

Highly presentable

with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Able to work independently or as part of a

team environment

, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow. Strong multitasking capabilities, with a proactive approach to work and the ability to

learn quickly

in a fast-moving industry. A passion for

Christmas

and holiday-themed event design is highly desirable.

Valid UAE driving license

and own a

car

for client meetings and site visits.

Salary dependant on Experience and Commission on new projects.
