About Us

Duavel is a Dubai based tourism and concierge company offering premium experiences, personalized services, and curated tours for visitors and residents alike. We're launching our first physical presence at a high-traffic booth in JBR this September, and we're looking for enthusiastic and engaging Sales Executives to join our team.

Job Overview

As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of Duavel at our booth in JBR. Your role will be to attract walk-in visitors, introduce our services, close sales for tours and concierge packages, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively approach and engage with potential customers at the booth Present and promote Duavel's services, including city tours, luxury experiences, and concierge solutions Close sales and manage point-of-sale transactions Answer questions, provide information, and offer personalized recommendations Maintain a clean, inviting, and professional booth appearance Keep daily records of sales, leads, and customer interactions Assist with occasional promotional events or product demonstrations Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, retail, tourism, or hospitality preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; other languages (French, Russian etc.) are a plus Presentable, outgoing, and confident in approaching people Goal-driven with a positive, proactive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment Available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
