Job Description
Customer Service:
Attend walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable Pets food and accessories from our product range.Sales Generation:
Drive in-store sales by actively engaging with customers, upselling products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, their specifications, and their applications.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and small project clients for repeat business.Market Awareness:
Keep updated on new product launches, promotions, and market competition.Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
Minimum 1 years of experience in the Pet Shop, with hands-on experience in retail shop sales.Skills:
Strong customer service and sales skills. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage. Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems preferred).Personality:
Energetic, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.Additional Requirements:
Presentable appearance and professional behavior. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customers simultaneously.Job Type: Full-time
