Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced female Sales Executive to join our Smart Solar division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and promoting solar energy solutions. She should have strong industry knowledge and a proven track record in solar product sales within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and develop strong relationships with clients in the solar and renewable energy sector. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solar solutions. Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and deliver product presentations. Meet and exceed sales targets. Coordinate with technical and operations teams for solution design and execution. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and new products. Attend exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to promote the brand.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the solar/renewable energy sector in UAE. Strong knowledge of solar systems, components, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid UAE driving license is plus. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
