Sales Executive
Job Description
Septimius Security Services LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business by presenting our physical security and manpower services to companies across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit businesses and organizations to introduce our physical security and manpower solutions.
- Identify prospects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Present, negotiate, and close deals, ensuring a minimum of one signed contract per month.
- Collaborate internally to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Keep clear records of leads, meetings, and sales progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably in physical security, manpower, or facility services.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Female candidates are preferred and will be given priority.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 5,000/month
- Commission: 3% on net profit per closed deal
