. This role requires a strong ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and match them with the right vehicle--all while maintaining exceptional customer service standards across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Interaction:
Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their needs and preferences.
Guide clients through the purchasing process, including test drives, financing, trade-ins, and documentation.
Follow up on sales leads via phone, email, and online inquiries.
Telemarketing:
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads from internal databases and cold call lists.
Schedule appointments and generate walk-in traffic from phone leads.
Online Sales:
Manage and respond to inquiries from online marketplaces and company mobile app.
Post, update, and maintain vehicle listings with accurate descriptions and photos.
Engage with customers via live chat, social media, and other digital platforms.
Offline/Showroom Sales:
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom.
Participate in local sales events, promotions, and roadshows when required.
Sales Administration:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales processes in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Stay updated on inventory, pricing, promotions, and competitors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales or similar customer-facing sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales tools.
Ability to multitask across different sales channels (in-person, phone, online).
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in used car sales is highly desirable.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media for lead generation.
