Job Description

Client Engagement & Sales Performance



1.

Obtain all relevant event information from the Account Manager or client directly prior to preparing proposals.

2.

Consistently achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

3.

Negotiate effectively and close sales agreements in a timely and strategic manner.

4.

Stay current with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to leverage potential business opportunities.

5.

Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and satisfaction.

Proposal Management & Follow-Up



6.

Draft offer letters in line with guest requirements, availability, and the company's selling guidelines and standards.

7.

Follow up on sent proposals systematically and promptly. Adjust offers and negotiate rates within defined parameters to secure business.

8.

Proactively generate leads through direct sales efforts including client visits, phone calls, site inspections, and entertainment.

Contracting & Feedback



9.

Ensure timely collection of signed Booking Contracts from clients.

10.

Collect and document client feedback post-event through verbal communication, thank-you letters, and guest surveys. Share insights with relevant departments.

11.

Respond to all business inquiries and requests within 24 business hours.

Site Coordination & Team Collaboration



12.

Organize and conduct site inspections of hotel conference and banqueting facilities as required.

13.

Maintain active communication with the Sales Team to support effective booking negotiations and conversions.

Administrative Responsibilities



14.

Execute tasks efficiently and in accordance with established hotel policies and standard operating procedures.

15.

Manage incoming calls professionally, ensuring timely and accurate message delivery to relevant team members.

16.

Participate in departmental and communication meetings as directed by the Cluster Director of Sales.

17.

Attend major hotel and city events as assigned by the Department Head to support networking and promotional initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
