Sales Executive - Furniture & Bedding (Retail + Projects)

About the Role:
Enza Home Dubai is hiring a driven Sales Executive to handle both in-store sales and external project acquisition. We are looking for individuals who are confident, sales-oriented, and have the ability to negotiate project deals or work with designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable furniture/bedding.
- Bring in external projects (apartments, villas, offices, hotels, etc.).
- Approach interior designers and close project-based deals.
- Stay updated with latest collections and sales campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in furniture or interior sales.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- UAE market experience preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,000 -6000 per month
- Attractive commissions on retail and project sales
