Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and actively pitch financial products/services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Conduct presentations, demos, and consultations when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience
in sales, preferably in the financial services, fintech, banking, or investment sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English
is mandatory.
Additional language skills in
Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu
will be a significant advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Must be target-oriented and passionate about sales.
