Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Actively approach potential customers in person or via phone to promote credit card products.
Clearly explain credit card features, eligibility, and application processes.
Guide customers through the application process and collect necessary documents.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and applications.
Provide excellent post-sales service and follow-ups when needed.
Stay updated with product knowledge, bank policies, and market trends.
Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in credit card or financial product sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Compensation:
Basic salary + attractive incentives based on performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
