Job Description
A Sales Executive is responsible for driving company revenue by building relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets. They focus on understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:
Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing customers.Identifying and Generating Leads:
Actively seeking out new business opportunities and potential clients.Presenting Products/Services:
Demonstrating and explaining the value of the company's offerings to potential customers.Negotiating and Closing Deals:
Working with clients to finalize contracts and secure sales.Achieving Sales Targets:
Meeting or exceeding set sales goals and quotas.Providing Customer Support:
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.Maintaining Accurate Records:
Keeping track of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information.Market Research and Analysis:
Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Reporting and Forecasting:
Generating sales reports, analyzing performance, and forecasting future sales.Participating in Trade Fairs and Conferences:
Representing the company and generating leads at industry events.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the paper industry or a similar field. Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
