Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets. Support the Commercial Director and Marketing Head in managing and growing key client accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Collaborate & coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on key metrics and progress. Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns raised by clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field. 7 + years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial sector. Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in industrial products or services. Preferrence will be given for the candidates with experience in Industrial Gases, Gas Cylinders, CNG or Hydrogen storage. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Working Conditions:

It will be a full-time job. Incumbents will have to travel in the assigned territory besides for business development in addition to performing job of Sales coordinator
