We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Sales Executive - Air Conditioning (AC)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AC systems and a passion for achieving sales goals. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our air conditioning products and solutions to residential, commercial, or industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell AC systems and solutions to potential clients across assigned territories or sectors.
Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, site visits, and networking.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients and consultants.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and dealers.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and post-sales support as needed.
Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to refine sales strategies.
Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of sales experience in HVAC or air conditioning products (preferably in a B2B or B2C setting).
Good knowledge of AC systems and their applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.

Existing client network in the HVAC/AC sector.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
