Booker Accounting -Sales

professional who can engage local businesses, build trusted relationships, and drive new client acquisitions through in-person outreach and strategic selling.

Role Overview:

This is a hybrid role combining field sales and remote coordination. You'll meet with prospects in person, attend local business events, and represent our brand in the community, while also managing leads, proposals, and follow-ups remotely. You're part sales consultant, part relationship builder, and all about results.

What You'll Be Doing:

Identify and approach local businesses who could benefit from accounting and bookkeeping services Conduct in-person meetings, discovery calls, and consultations with business owners and decision makers. Attend local networking events, expos, and trade shows to generate leads and increase visibility Create and present tailored service proposals to close deals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service alignment Provide feedback from the field to help improve offerings and client outreach.

You Should Have:

1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in field or B2B sales Working knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. you're comfortable meeting people face-to-face. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is an advantage. Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.

Nice to Have:

Experience in accounting firm sales or selling SaaS to financial professionals Existing network within the local business community
