Our wellness division offers fully customized hot tubs, spas, steam rooms, saunas, and hydrotherapy units, blending innovation, aesthetics, and functionality to create immersive wellness experiences.
We are currently seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Executive to join this dynamic division. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing sales, ideal for someone who can create AutoCAD layouts, pitch innovative solutions, and manage projects from concept to completion -- helping clients bring their wellness visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and provide technically sound product recommendations.
Create 2D/3D layouts, designs, and installation plans using AutoCAD, Revit and related software.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, business proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
Develop new business opportunities and contribute to strategic sales planning.
Maintain your sales pipeline and customer database using Zoho CRM.
Coordinate with the logistics, technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Conduct site visits, measurements, and technical assessments when required.
Keep abreast of wellness/spa/hot tub industry trends and competitor products.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
and actively pursue upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
Leverage internal lead data to generate new clients through strategic outreach and consistent follow-ups.
Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs, and follow up on leads and project conversions.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, preferably in wellness, spa, or hot tub brands.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM platform.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to conceptualize and pitch new business ideas.
Must be fluent in both English and Hindi.
A valid Driving License.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
