Job Description

Sales Executive for Wi-fi Services needs strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to drive sales and build customer relationships. They will focus on identifying new business opportunities, presenting solutions, and achieving sales targets within the telecommunications industry, particularly for Wi-Fi services.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and qualify leads, potentially through networking, cold calling, or email outreach.

Needs Assessment:

Understand customer needs and pain points, particularly regarding internet connectivity and Wi-Fi solutions.

Solution Presentation:

Present Wi-Fi services and packages, highlighting benefits and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements, and close deals successfully.

Account Management:

Manage existing accounts, build strong relationships, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Sales Reporting:

Track sales progress, generate reports, and meet/exceed sales targets.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new technologies in the telecommunications industry.

Client Relationship Management:

Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience in sales, particularly within the telecommunications or internet service provider (ISP) industry.

Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; strong presentation skills; ability to build rapport with customers.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with Wi-Fi technology, internet service offerings, and relevant industry trends.

Other:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational skills; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
