Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct daily prospecting activities to generate leads through various channels. Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to present company offerings and secure sales. Implement the institutional sales model to achieve daily call and meeting targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system, learning how to use the tools effectively. Educate potential clients about the company's products/services, focusing on features, advantages, and benefits. With support, work towards meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets and develop your skills in sales techniques. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Assist in the development of sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach. Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or related fields. 0-1 year of experience in sales (software sales, IT sales, ERP, POS, or similar fields preferred but not required). Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales techniques is helpful but not necessary. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on learning and development. Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus). A valid UAE driving license is a must.
