Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Coordinator
to support our business setup consultants and sales team. The ideal candidate will manage client communication, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth coordination between departments to help clients establish their businesses successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and daily coordination tasks.
Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and business setup packages to potential clients.
Act as a point of contact between the sales team, PRO, and operations department.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead information.
Track and follow up on pending documents and client submissions.
Ensure smooth onboarding of clients after sales closure.
Support in preparing documents for license applications, renewals, and government approvals.
Coordinate with government authorities (like DED, Free Zone, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.) when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
