Job Summary:

Hybrid Eco Sports Field Works LLC is seeking a motivated and technically skilled

Sales Engineer

to join our wellness and hot tub division. This role involves a mix of technical expertise and client interaction -- ideal for someone who can create AutoCAD layouts, deliver compelling sales pitches, and present innovative business ideas. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving sales, preparing customized proposals, and working closely with clients to bring wellness solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and provide technically sound product recommendations. Create 2D/3D layouts, designs, and installation plans using AutoCAD, Revit and related software. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, business proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client needs. Develop new business opportunities and contribute to strategic sales planning. Maintain and manage customer data and sales pipeline using Zoho CRM or equivalent software. Coordinate with the design, logistics, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or referrals. Conduct site visits, measurements, and technical assessments when required. Keep abreast of wellness/spa/hot tub industry trends and competitor products. Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs, and follow up on leads and project conversions.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, preferably in wellness, spa, or hot tub brands. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit

is a must. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as

Zoho

or similar software. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to conceptualize and pitch new business ideas. Must be fluent in both

English and Hindi

. A

valid Driving License

is preferred. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
